Try before you pay

Every new account gets 7 days of Pro for free, without a card. You only pay if you choose a plan.

14-day refund on your first payment

If Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or yearly) and we'll refund it in full. No questions needed.

Renewals

Renewal payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or we made a mistake (for example, a double charge). Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Account → Manage plan on app.gifttik.com, or the link in any receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. Nothing you saved is deleted.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's email address, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled first; ask us within the 14 days if you also want your first payment refunded.
