Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Sajawal (trading as Silivent Technologies), Pakistan ("we"), for Gifttik at gifttik.com, app.gifttik.com and in our mobile apps. By using Gifttik you agree to them.
Paid plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles payment, tax and receipts.
1. What Gifttik is
Gifttik suggests gift ideas. You add people, send them a short questionnaire or describe them yourself, and get ranked ideas with reasons and where to buy them. We don't sell gifts. Links and nearby shops point to independent sellers; your purchase is between you and that seller.
Ideas are generated with the help of AI from our catalog and your answers. We work hard to make them good, but they are suggestions: check details, sizes, ages and availability before you buy.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account. People you send a questionnaire to must be 13 or older.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only add information about other people that you're comfortable sharing with us for this purpose, and only send questionnaires to people you know.
3. Plans and payment
- Free: a limited number of AI searches and ideas, as shown on the pricing page.
- Free week of Pro: every new account gets 7 days of Pro without a card, then moves to Free automatically. Nothing is charged.
- Pro: a subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. Pro includes a fair-use number of AI searches each month, shown on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the payment itself. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added where required.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage plan; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
- If a payment fails, you keep Pro for a short grace period while it is retried, then move to Free. Nothing you saved is deleted.
- We may change prices for future billing periods; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.
4. Fair use
Don't misuse Gifttik: no automated scraping or bulk searches, no attempts to break limits or security, no sending questionnaires to people who haven't agreed to hear from you, and nothing unlawful, hateful or harassing in names, notes or messages.
5. Your content
You keep what you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Gifttik for you (see the privacy policy). Our catalog, designs, text and software belong to us.
6. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; if we do without a serious reason, we'll refund any unused paid period.
7. Our responsibility
We provide Gifttik "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or that every idea will suit. We're not responsible for products, prices or service from the sellers we link to. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; for important changes we'll tell you in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws where you live.
